The Danna Agency has served the Twin Cities Metro area for over 20 years. Lou Danna founded the agency in 1983 after graduating from the University of Minnesota. Lou’s brother Sam joined the agency as the main producing agent when Lou stepped into management. Today Sam Danna’s office provides clients with a wide array of life insurance products and Lou handles the management of about twenty-five agents in the state including his brother Sam.

The Danna Agency is part of the Multiple Line Division of American National Insurance Company. Throughout Minnesota and into Wisconsin we serve clients with a broad range of insurance and related services provided by American National Insurance Company (ANICO) and its subsidiary, American National Property And Casualty Company (ANPAC^®). Our Team

	Lou Danna \| \| Lou Danna, principal and founder of the Danna Agency, began his insurance career with American National in 1982 after graduating with a Marketing Degree from the University of Minnesota. At that time Lou was one of only a few American National agents serving the metro area. After roughly 10 years of personally selling policies Lou was promoted to the Multiple Line General Agent position that he continues to hold today. Now, as a managing agent, Lou oversees the activities of twenty plus agents throughout the Twin Cities metro and is responsible for the growth of new agencies in the area.
	Sam Danna \| \| Sam stepped in as the main selling agent for the Danna Agency in 1993 when his brother Lou moved from that position and into management. Sam operates a fully staffed agency that sells and services clients all over the Twin Cities metro. Sam continually ranks in the top agents in the state, region and with the company. Over the years Sam has received numerous industry and company awards and in 2009 he qualified for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, a group made up of the top 5% of all life insurance agents in the world.
	Ryan Walsh \| \| Ryan joined the Danna Agency full time in January of 2003 after receiving his Bachelor's Degree in General Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Stout in Menomonie, WI. Ryan assists with a broad range of agency activities from project coordination and event oversight to operations management. Originally from Wisconsin, Ryan currently lives in Maple Grove with his wife Tracy, a Minnesota wedding photographer.
	Katie Rugg \| \| Katie, an Associate Agent at the Danna Agency, returned to our office in January 2012 after taking a break from the insurance industry. Katie previously worked with us as a Customer Service Representative, answering phones, processing changes and doing administrative work. Katie returned to us as a fully licensed agent in Minnesota who is working on building her own book of clients and providing support to exisiting clients when Sam is unavailable.
	Dorothy Peabody \| Dorothy joined the agency in April 2011 after many successful years at State Farm's now closed, regional headquarters based in Woodbury. Dorothy brings a strong knowledge of the insurance industry and superb customer service skills to our clients. Although Dorothy has many customer service related duties she focuses on processing changes and works on new business quotes for our auto and home lines of business.
	Heather Lindala \| Heather is our rookie at the Danna Agency starting with us in March of 2012. Heather previously worked with a life insurance agency in Forest Lake , MN where she gained valuable knowledge on the life insurance industry. Heather assists with a variety of duties with a focus on completing life insurance quotes, reviewing and processing life insurance applications and providing customer support.
	Heidi Willcocks \| Heidi joined the Danna Agency in January 2011. Heidi, our promotion professional, contacts our clients, sets and confirms appointments and lets everyone know about all of our exciting agency happenings. Heidi comes to us from the chiropractic industry where she had been working for the past 4 years. Most recently, she was the office manager for a very successful chiropractic office in Saint Paul , where she was responsible for handling all aspects of managing the office. Heidi and her husband, Jeff, live in Linwood with their two German Shepherds and their kitten "Moochie.”
